Purchase sports package using our online payment system.

Step 3

Consultant list in the new section ASSIC Affiliations. In this purchase the link is to: Dietitian, Biokineticist, Laboratory (Pathcare and also now Ampath).

Step 4

Book your Dietician consult: link to ASSIC affiliations. Book your Biokineticist consult: link to assic affiliations. Have blood tests done at nearest Ampath & Pathcare laboratory.

How do I purchase sports packages?

Start by finding the sports package you are interested in purchasing. Click on either Pre-Seaon Sports Package or In-Season Sports Package.

Determine if the sports package is right for you and add it to your cart. Once you have found a sports package you are interested in, click on the sports package to review the available information. Then click Add to Cart to make a purchase.

Go to your cart and go through the checkout process. You will need an account in order to purchase a sports package. If you already have a shop account with ASSIC, simply sign in. If you do not already have a shop account, you will then need to create one. You can create an account on the Checkout page as a new customer.

Appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. Walk-ins may be accommodated during the next available appointment opening, but cannot be guaranteed service.

Add your payment information and purchase your blood tests. When your purchase is complete a confirmation page appears. You can then print a copy of your receipt. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email. At any time, you can review or print your order details and receipt by going to the My Orders page. Please bring your proof of payment and a copy of your order details with you when you visit your nearest laboratory.

Do I need to schedule an appointment for testing?

You don’t need to schedule an appointment, but we strongly encourage scheduling as appointments will receive priority. Walk-ins may be accommodated during the next available appointment opening, but cannot be guaranteed service.

Please bring your proof of payment and a copy of your order details with you.

How do I get my lab test results?

Results will be emailed directly to you when your results are ready.

How do I know what my results mean?

The ASSIC platform has many online resources to help you understand your blood test results. You can find this information on the ASSIC Apps, education section as well as seek advice by contacting one of our healthcare professionals.
