How to use different features on the Performance Fingerprint App

The Performance Fingerprint App is a powerful tool that you can use to monitor, measure, and track different body parameters and performance. By downloading this FREE app you are able to stay healthy, fit and reach your goals.

  1. Select Profile at bottom of the app
  2. Select Body
  3. Enter mass or skin fold measurements and save
  4. In addition, you can enter your daily Calorie required and your actual calorie intake for the day. The net gain or loss is automatically calculated for you and shown in a graph after data entry
  1. Select Profile at bottom of the app
  2. Select Conditioning tests
  3. Choose the appropriate test and enter
  1. Select Profile at bottom of the app
  2. Select Pain Score
  3. Select Pain at rest or with motion or with movement and enter a value out of 10
  1. Select Profile at bottom of the app
  2. Select Laboratory Tests
  3. You are requested to enter the Password that you have created for your ASSIC account
  4. Select the relevant blood test and enter the details
  5. You can view the respective blood test and view the trend over time
  1. Select Profile at bottom of the app
  2. Select Medical
  3. You are requested to enter the Password that you have created for your ASSIC account
  4. Select any topic in the medical list and enter the details
  1. Go to Workout at bottom of log in screen
  2. Select workout
  3. Select Strength & Conditioning
  4. Then select from the list
  5. Choose an exercise routine from the library
  6. Enter Add Selected
  7. Start your exercise
  8. After each exercise is done an analysis of total exercise duration and a breakdown of each specific exercise done is given
  1. Go to Workout at bottom of log in screen
  2. Select workout
  3. Select Strength & Conditioning
  4. Then select Create new
  5. On the left choose a body part and at the bottom select either Strengthen/Stretch/Yoga/Strap or brace/Range Of Motion (ROM)
  6. Enter Next
  7. Choose the exercise
  8. Create a Routine by adding as many exercises as required
  9. Start your exercise
  10. After each exercise is done an analysis of total exercise duration and a breakdown of each specific exercise done is given
  1. Click on Workout at bottom of the app
  2. Select Fitness Workout
  3. Select Fitness test
  4. Follow instructions and enter the duration of the test time
  5. Enter resting HR or use built-in app HR monitor to record resting HR
  6. Enter start
  7. Your HR will be recorded at select time intervals during the testing period either by entering values manually or using built-in app HR monitor
  8. At the end of the testing period, your recovery HR will be recorded
  9. Enter record recovery HR and save after completion
  10. At completion, your exercise and recovery HR values are drawn on a graph with your calculated exercise intensity shown ( this is based on the last recorded HR during the exercise fitness test)
  11. The exercise recorded HR and recovery HR values are then automatically saved in your profile backend for view and analysis
  1. Click on Workout at bottom of the app
  2. Select Fitness Workout
  3. Select recovery HR after completing your exercise session
  4. Enter record and save after completion
  5. Your recovery HR will be captured continuously during a 1-minute recorded time and the value at 1 min will be added to your profile
  6. The recorded HR is then automatically saved in your profile backend for view and analysis

  2. Select Fitness Workout
  3. Select Resting HR
  4. Enter record and save after completion
  5. The recorded HR is then automatically saved in your profile backend for view and analysis

  2. Select Profiles at the bottom left of the app opening screen
  3. Select Vitals
  4. Choose the relevant vital parameter then enter the value and save

  2. Go to Analysis at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select the relevant profile data to view
  4. Choose the specific time range
  5. After data selection, a graph will appear to view the trend over time

  2. Select COVID19
  3. Choose specific vital and enter a value
  4. Note: that resting heart rate (HR) can be measured with built-in app HR monitor. Go to fitness and select measure resting HR.
  5. Save data entry
