Interests / Areas of Specialisation: My special interest lies in cancer care, using lifestyle medicine as an adjuvant to standard treatment to strengthen the immune system, reduce side effects, and improve quality of life. As a breast cancer survivor, and transformational coach; I combine personal experience with clinical expertise to guide you through recovery, rehabilitation, and resilience. I use a sustainable evidenced based approach to preventing, managing, and reversing chronic diseases of lifestyle (certain cancers, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, stroke, obesity, COPD, and arthritis).

As a primary care researcher, at the University of Stellenbosch, University of Cape Town (UCT) and the Chronic Disease Initiative for Africa (CDIA), I focus on community-level interventions and scalable models of care. (GREAT for Diabetes)
